Our casting process prioritizes our seasonal, year-long members, ensuring they can explore diverse roles in our productions. After casting our seasonal members, we open our doors to newcomers and seasoned professionals, inviting them to join our vibrant theater community. Whether you're an adult, teen, or child, everyone is encouraged to audition and become a part of our productions.

Our goal is to guide Performing Group students toward becoming Company members. This progression is not just a transition; it's a leap towards a rewarding, diverse theater experience that awaits at Banzerini House!

To become full-time artists while leading by example. mentoring their peers in the Performing Group (PG) and B. House Players (BH Players), and sharing invaluable insights honed through practice.
